Lunch
so it's lunchtime and for lunch we will have;-
- Two whole week Chapati a little semi brown rice black Chana curry and along with that a glass of lassi.
According to Ayurveda, if you are looking to put on some healthy weight muscle mass then you should combine wheat and rice together well more about this meal later.
Now if you want you can replace black Chana with chickpeas rajma paneer curry or any other seasonal curry just make sure that you combine rice and chapati.
By the way, lassi is the main highlight of this meal. If you noticed instead of refined sugar we added mishrey powder. Now these are small small things which make a lot of difference.
Now if you are unable to prepare let's see you can have a bowl of curd as well. So I'll enjoy the super nutritious meal and I will see you for the evening snack and eat mindfully using your hands as it will help you absorb the nutrients better.
Evening Snack
It's snack time and for snack we will have;-
- Banana peanut butter oatmeal. This meal is highly effective to put on some healthy weight you can very easily carry to your workplace.
I have already shared with you the recipe to make peanut butter at home. Although you always have the option to buy it from the market.
All you need to check is that the peanut butter should have only one ingredient and that's roasted peanuts so I'll enjoy the snack option and I will see you for the next meal of the day which is dinner.

Dinner
It's time for dinner and for dinner we will again have;-
- A combination of semi brown rice and chapati. I also have paneer curry here along with Whole Urad dal, urad dal because according to AYURVEDA it is considered to be the best dal for muscle building.
Although you can always keep on rotating the dals well.
A lot of people who are not able to gain weight is not just because they are not eating properly it's because they're not able to absorb the nutrients well, so I would suggest you that at least for dinner, you should practice mindful eating stay away from your phones, laptops and TV screens and just pay attention to your food.
Believe me doing this one thing can prove a major step towards your muscle building goal. And yes, it doesn't matter what your fitness goal is.
NOTE
According to Indian traditional nutrition science, it is highly recommended to finish your dinner well before 7pm Now it might not be very practical thing for you. But if you can do it, nothing like it. And don't worry, I won't make you sleep hungry.
